Gifty Petra Boahene is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Fairgreen Limited, a leading IT company in Ghana for over twenty-five years and in recent years’, other African countries. Fairgreen Limited is a name she has built with hard work and integrity.


Since 1986, he has founded and managed various companies in financial services, telecommunications, and equities management. Mr Richard Obeng Okrah has served as a non - Executive Director on the board  of VRA since October 2017. Mr Richard Okrah has professional training in Human Resource Management, public procurement and Electricity sector reform/ restructuring. He has a wealth of experience serving clients in the financial services industry, telecommunication, oil and gas, public sector amongst others.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ethical leadership.
